Royal Villa Location:          Overlooking the Persian Gulf, the 2.099 sq. m. beachfront Royal Villa and its adjoining recreational Annex are one of the 14 villa complexes which are housed at Sharq Village and Spa.

Accommodation:                 The design of the Royal Villa is based on a traditional ornate sheikh’s palace decorated with luxurious furnishings and treasures from the orient and beyond. 

In the accommodation wing, the ground level includes an interior courtyard with skylight, surrounded by two two-bedroom specialty suites and two king suites with ocean and resort pool views. 

Level one comprises of the Royal Suite with interconnecting walk-in wardrobe with dressing area and bath with steam room and jacuzzi, guest bedroom, study, interior majlis, exterior majlis dining room, and pantry.

Adjacent to the Royal Villa is a private two storey recreational annex housing an indoor pool with jacuzzi, pool bar, spa treatment room, steam and sauna rooms and grooming area.

The fully staffed villa includes a ladies butler, shopping concierge, chauffer, chef and dietician.

Royal Suite and Bath:      The Royal Suite features custom made furnishings, bedside electronic lighting and temperature control panel, plasma television with international satellite channels, walk in wardrobe with in-room safe and outdoor patio. 

The elegant custom-built bed, dressed with 1050 thread count Frette linen, duvet, hypoallergenic foam and feather pillows, sits atop a hand-polished marble platform.

The adjoining bathroom, tiled with prized “open-book” Brazilian blue marble, features separate shower stall with steam facilities, glass enclosed WC, oversized deep soaking Jacuzzi studded with blue mosaic veined with 18K gold.  The marble vanity counter has double basins and is augmented with amenities by Acqua di Parma and lotion and body oils from the GOLD range by Linden Leaves which incorporates 23K gold leaf into the products.

Royal Guest Suite:           Adjacent to the Royal Suite, the guest suite is intended either for the closest family members or to house the sheikh’s security personnel. Includes connecting private bath and separate shower facilities. Amenities by Penhaligon’s, appointed perfumer to the royal court of England.

 Two-Bedroom Suite:        Each of these speciality suites house a king room and a double bedded room connected by generous living area with outdoor patios and unobstructed ocean views.  The luxurious suites harbor a unique sense of exclusivity and serenity. The spacious living room is ideal for entertaining or relaxing and features a 32-inch plasma screen television.

 King Suites:                      The one-bedroom King Suite offers the legacy of Qatar’s Gulf trade. Qatari chests, lanterns and furniture surround the hand made trader’s wooden four-poster bed is garlanded with 1050 thread count Egyptian cotton. Beaten copper, inlaid brass, pebbled glass, worn sandstone and carpeting form a deeply private Qatari sanctuary. 

Striking artworks depicting the history and culture of Qatar, created by local Qatari artists, adorn the walls of each room. The spacious marble bathroom includes a deep soaking jacuzzi tub and a separate glass-enclosed shower.

Interior Majlis:                 Plush formal seating and living area for receiving up to 16 guests, separated by sliding doors leading to the elegant dining room.

Exterior Majlis:                The exterior majlis is divided into three sections featuring a focal water fountain, terrace dining area for 8 persons and lounge seating, ideal for up to 20 persons.  The spacious verandah offers panoramic ocean views with the city skyline in the distance.

Amenities provided includes a narguileh (water pipe) cart with a selection of over 30 tobacco varietals, Arabic sweets, dates and nut platter.

Dining Room:                   Double sliding doors connect the interior majlis open into the dining room with a majestic table seating 12 persons. This versatile location may also be used for boardroom meetings.

Dining options include bespoke menus catered by the culinary team of international chefs.  Stemware by Baccarat and bespoke designed flatware and silverware by Bernardaud and Christofle.

Study:                                Custom furnishings include handcrafted, a stately mahogany desk, chair and credenzas by Maitland Smith, USA.  Includes a seating area and outdoor patio.

Recreational Annex:        Separate entrance on ground floor with overhead link to the Royal Villa accommodations.  Includes:
