Sharq Village & spa provides all food and beverages, banqueting tables and chairs, linens, silverware, china, glassware, staging and a dance floor for your event. The rental of a ceremony location includes stage set up, banqueting, and the rehearsal ceremony. An event expert will be readily available to greet and assist your guests.

Sharq Village & Spa can recommend a wide range of specialty items and services to help personalize your event, due to the specific nature of traditional Arabic weddings we can arrange customized koshas and stages, Arabic menus, traditional Qatari dance shows and a private ladies entrance. All the above services may be obtained for a nominal rental fee.
We can also assist you with welcome baskets, bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts and a variety of other special amenities to help add that personal touch to your wedding. Fees for above mentioned items vary.

Our resident floral designers will be delighted to create seasonal arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, headdresses and corsages.
